You will learn how to recognize stress in divers, how to alleviate it, how to safely approach and take control of a panicked diver, and how to give first aid for diving related injuries. The PADI Rescue Diver course is a great confidence builder and is a lot of fun, too! If you're serious about diving, and want to be prepared to handle anything that comes your way, then this is the course for you!
The Rescue diver course takes 4-6 days to complete and involves independent study, classroom discussions, confined water and open water training, including 4 diving emergency scenarios. A CPR and First Aid course within the last 2 years is a prerequisite. We offer the Emergency First Response course for your convienence. |
